Immediate Care First Aid is your source for high quality, cost effective training in first aid, CPR, emergency response, and bleeding control topics. Our lead instructor has over 34 years experience in emergency medical services with a passion for teaching lifesaving techniques to the public. We offer a range of evidence-based courses for the lay person or the professional rescuer to gain lifesaving skills and knowledge.
Having experienced just about every emergency situation in the real world, we have witnessed far too many individuals who did not have optimal outcomes because those around them were not trained to intervene definitively and quickly. We endeavor to change that with stress-free, friendly instruction in essential lifesaving techniques.

Katie Mrochko, Assistant Instructor
Katie has been a first aid and CPR provider for over 15 years and decided to become an instructor after witnessing a number of work-related emergencies in which bystanders were reluctant to intervene. She believes she relates well to students that do not have a professional background in emergency services and empowers them to confidently render aid.
